Why didn’t I receive a response to a question/comment I sent?

I used this area of your website to send a message to Focus. Why didn't I receive a response to my question/comment?

If you did not receive a response from us, previous experience has taught us that it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:

  • The e-mail address you provided may not have been typed correctly.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or spam software will not accept e-mail from our address which is family@custhelp.com.
  • Your e-mail box may be full, and the message we tried to send may have bounced back to us as “undeliverable.”
  • You may have failed to complete your submission by clicking on the button with the words “Finish Submitting Question” at the bottom of the screen.
  • We may not have sent a reply yet. There are times when our e-mail volumes are so high that it takes 4-5 business days before a writer will hear back from us.
